    10 days for the Architect to ACT, but 30 days from the date of filing the claim before the Owner or Contractor can request Arbitration.

    Mediation would be sought before proceeding to binding dispute resolution (arbitration or litigation - whichever checkbox is selected in A101). Within 30 days from the date of the initial decision, either party can demand the other party file for mediation within 60 days of the initial decision. This question is based on reviewing the A201 commentary - link provided under CDS tab above. Thanks for your comments, I need to take a second look to make this stick - i'm testing soon! (comment corrected - don't know how to edit yet)
