Addenda

Addenda must be issued no less than 4 days prior to the date that Bids are due, allowing the Bidders the opportunity to incorporate changes to their bids. What are the two exceptions - when can an addendum be issued less than 4 days prior to the date of receipt of Bids?

AnswerExceptions: 1. an addendum withdrawing the request for Bids. 2. an addendum that includes the postponement of the date for receipt of Bids.
