An item that was not included on the contractor's punch list has been discovered to be incomplete after final inspection. Who is responsible for correcting the item?
A. Architect, B. Owner
C. Contractor, D. not determinable outside mediation


Answer is C. Contractor. According to A201 Section 9.8.3, the Contractor is responsible for correcting or completing the item upon notification by the Architect, after which another inspection by Architect is performed to determine Substantial Completion.
