New sections 3.9.2-3 in A201-2007 now provide the owner and architect with what new opportunity with regard to the contractor's superintendent?

AnswerThe contractor must furnish the owner & architect with the name + qualifications of a proposed superintendent for the project site, after which the architect has 14 days to object to or require more time to review. Also, the contractor can't change out the superintendent without the owners consent.
