What delivery method is defined by the following three characteristics?
1. three prime players: owner, architect, ______
2. two separate contracts: owner-architect, owner-_______
3. final provider selection based on other features, but NOT cost
Use of GMP is typical of this method, but when to set GMP is flexible and varies by project.
