In sieve analysis, one of the first results measured is the % retained in each sieve of the total sample (Wsieve / Wtotal x 100%). Answer is C. Dense gradation. A - most of the aggregate is the same size, B - little in the medium range, D - little in the fine range, E - high proportion of fine particles.
