Design occupant load

What is the design occupant load for a an office building floor with the following spaces:
21ft x 20ft non-fixed seating area allowing 7 sf of floor area per occupant, 30ft x 40ft business area of workstations allowing 100sf of floor area per occupant?



60+12 = 72 (as group B occupancy more than 50, 2 means of egress are required with each door's occupant load = 36.)
