What is the difference between life-cycle cost analysis (LCC) and life-cycle assessment analysis (LCA)?



Answer: 

The economic performance of a material or system over its service life is evaluated in LCC analysis, whereas the environmental impact of a material is evaluated in LCA analysis, from extraction to ultimate recycle, reuse or disposal.
